St. Johns College Roof Repairs

Work comprised of the reroofing of the former St. Johns Church a 19th century building officially opened in 1840 and which is now part of St. Johns Central College Campus.Work included removal of existing slate roof, battens, gutters, parapet, coverings, flashings etc. the carrying out of structural repairs to existing timber roof trusses and purlins and the removal and replacement of all deteriorated and damaged timber purlins and rafters and rafters, installing new slate roofing, battens, roof felt, ventilators etc. together with new parapet, gutters, coping covers, flashing etc. and the installation of a new rain water disposal system, together with all associated site works and temporary works.
